Describe the current behavior
My account was flagged while running a machine learning project for educational purposes. I am currently learning how to fine-tune an AI translation model to translate text between Japanese and Arabic. The runtime was loading text tokenizers, and downloading translation datasets. No malicious scripts, network scraping, or unauthorized resource usage were involved. I don't want to lose my remaining 85.89 computing units, please review this block so I can continue my studies.
