Upgrading PyTorch v2.15.0, torchvision v0.29.2, torchaudio v2.11.1 #6191

Hello. We have released torch v2.15.0, torchvision v0.29.2 and torchaudio v2.11.1, to pypi and download.pytorch.org
Installation instructions for integrating this build in Colab:
pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio
This should install Python 3.11-Python 3.15 CUDA 13.2 full release. Python 3.10 is no longer supported by torch 2.15.
Two changes compared to 2.14 that matter for Colab:
- The default CUDA version changed from 13.0 to 13.2 (the PyPI wheel pins
cuda-toolkit==13.2.2). It needs an NVIDIA driver that supports CUDA 13.2. Could you confirm the driver on the Colab runtimes is new enough? - There is no CUDA 13.0 or CUDA 12.x build of torch 2.15. The CUDA builds on download.pytorch.org for 2.15.0 are cu132 and cu134. If CUDA 13.2 does not work on a runtime, please let us know.
