Dear Dominik,

I am not sure if this makes sense, but if might be nice to have a `version´ subcommand that outputs the tools version? So users are able to check whether their binary is up to date.

    As the release cadence is very slow so far, I didn't think much about that, but I like the addition. If you want to, you can also raise a PR for the command.
