[core] test_command export references non-existent Scanner member #59
but BunTest__shouldGenerateCodeCoverage is a local export fn in the same file (test_command.zig:1323), not a member of Scanner (src/cli/test/Scanner.zig has no such symbol). Calling it fails with:
src/cli/test_command.zig:2240:18: error: root source file struct 'cli.test.Scanner' has no member named 'BunTest__shouldGenerateCodeCoverage'
Latent: the only caller was the old src/main_test.zig comptime block, which never compiled (see #54). PR #57 removed that call site instead of fixing the callee, so nothing references the broken function today.
Upstream relevance
not found — needs re-check against oven-sh/bun main (Rust-rewrite era).
Repro
On branch claude/fix-zig-build-test-54 (PR #57), add @import("./cli/test_command.zig").@"export"(); to any comptime block in the build graph and run vendor/zig/zig build check.
Suggested next step
One-line fix: _ = &BunTest__shouldGenerateCodeCoverage; (drop the Scanner. prefix), or remove the dead @"export" wrapper if the retention is no longer needed. Verify with vendor/zig/zig build check plus a comptime call site.
