Not sure when this started, but when I have both apps open and I have song playing, my Slack status isn't updating. I've tried removing/re-adding Songify but no change. I've also restarted Slack.
The thing is that Spotify has no websocket API to let me know if someone skips/starts/stops a song an therefore I need to poll the API by calling it multiple times. The API Limit is super strict and they my app extremly quick as the number of users has raised to +100. I try to find a better solution for this but atm don't know how to do it better. Sorry!
