feat: reduce baseline dependencies #24
Description
When doing uvx dlthub-init@latest, it includes more Python dependencies than expected, and they most frequently remained unused.
Maybe I'm missing something

Yeah, good catch. This is a frozen copy of dlt's
WORKSPACE_DEPSas of96f3b1aa(2026-05-10), unchanged since this repo's initial commit, so it has already drifted (missings3fsfrom dlt-hub/dlt#4044 and the marker cleanup from dlt-hub/dlt#4074). Probably best to trim it upstream inWORKSPACE_DEPSso dlt's owndlthub initpicks up the same change, then re-sync the scaffold here. I'll add a drift check on our side so the copy can't silently freeze again.
