Aquamacs 2.4 -- Necessary to hard-code modify aquamacs-tabbar.el #4
Description
There are a few default settings within aquamacs-tabbar.el that cannot be set with the customizations.el -- i.e., the hard-coded default of a couple of colors and inherited traits always trump modifications by the user through the settings panel. I had to manually hard-code it as a work-around. Perhaps you could let the maintainers of Aquamacs 2.4 know about that issue. I think the primary issues were with 'tabbar-default and 'tabbar-selected, and perhaps one more . . . Here is the hard-coded work-around of what I was trying to accomplish with the settings / customization.el, but was unable to do so. Also, I think there was one typo where an unmodified and modified descriptions were listed twice as the same thing (not the code, just the description) -- I think I fixed it in my modification below:
