Hi, I have some questions

the --yaml description does not appear in the help section, is it implemented? how should the file look like?

Is the tool providing with a merged abundance table (genes as rows, samples as columns) when running it in multiple files mode?

    Dear @fairquestion

    I will improve documentation, it's not clearly written.
    Unfortunately, the main developer left our lab some time ago.
    My experiments led me to conclusion that YAML support is not fully implemented (I guess it should be SPAdes format).
    I'll try to improve this functionality too, sorry for inconvenience.
