Copilot install docs list unsupported personal skill directory #217
Description
Problem
The Copilot installation section lists ~/.claude/skills/ as a personal skill directory. Current Copilot personal skill discovery uses ~/.copilot/skills/ and ~/.agents/skills/; .claude/skills/ is supported at the project level, not as a user-level Copilot registry.
This can cause users to install skills where new Copilot sessions do not discover them, making registered skills appear to be missing.
Expected behavior
The English and translated installation guides should list only supported Copilot personal skill paths and keep project-level Claude-compatible paths separate. Regression coverage should prevent the unsupported personal path from returning.
