user_name 字段创建全文索引，中文支持短语匹配，英文不支持

To Reproduce（Bug 复现步骤）

  1. CREATE MEASUREMENT person_in_well_history WITH INDEXTYPE text INDEXLIST user_name,department,position SHARDKEY user_code;
