I assume the quantification module in MCMICRO sums the intensity values of all pixels within each segmented cell. In addition to this total intensity, would it be possible to also obtain the standard deviation of pixel intensities within each cell?

Yes, we will add support for more statistical aggregate functions for the marker intensity metrics.
