iperf get stuck in Ubuntu24.04

sudo mn

*** Adding controller
*** Adding hosts:
h1 h2

*** Configuring hosts
h1 h2 
*** Starting controller

*** Starting 1 switches
s1 ...
*** Starting CLI:
mininet> iperf
*** Iperf: testing TCP bandwidth between h1 and h2

it just get stuck here for minutes. Maybe something cannot run on the latest ubuntu?

Just a guess: Does the host have iperf installed?

try this man, spend some time fixing some issues in mininet

I have met the same problem in Ubuntu 25.04. And solved by this, hope this will help those who meet the same question:

mininet> h1 iperf -s & 
mininet> h2 iperf -c h1
