Issue Description

I need to make cards display in a single column in Dashboard's task requests Page. They should be max 800px wide. Also, User image and name inside card should display in a row.

Expected Behavior

Cards need to be displayed in a single column in Dashboard's task requests Page. They should be max 800px wide. Also, User image and name inside card should display in a row.

Current Behavior

Cards are displayed in grid format, multiple cards in a single row.
