Le triathlon : trois disciplines, un défi qui me paraissait monumental, surtout quand je voyais les bouées loin très lin... Mais qui aurait cru qu’il ressemble tant à la vie d’une entrepreneure ? 🏊♀️🚴♀️🏃♀️ *La natation ? Alors c'est le saut dans le froid, c’est le début, où tu te lances dans l’inconnu. Comme ce premier jour où tu arrives dans un pays étranger, tu veux lancer ton projet, sans repères, à essayer de ne pas couler 😅 *Le vélo ? J'ai eu du vent de face et je peux vous dire que c'est crevant! ça ressemble un peu au développement de ton projet. ça semble long... mais tu sais qu’il faut tenir pour avancer et garder le rythme. *La course à pied ? Les jambes vacillent. Chaque pas devient un choix : continuer ou abandonner ? Alors si tout est parti d'un défi familial puis personnel, je ne peux m'empêcher de voir un parallèle avec l'entrepreneuriat: la clé, tenir jusqu’au bout. Ce que je retiens: 👉 Ce n’est pas une question de force, mais de constance. 👉 Ce n’est pas une course contre les autres, mais un défi contre toi-même. 👉 Les victoires viennent des petits pas, pas des sprints. Et vous, quelle est votre "discipline" la plus difficile dans ton parcours d’entrepreneure ? 💬

Stephane Briant ha recomendado estoStephane Briant ha recomendado estoWhen I was 18, I embarked on the challenging path of classes préparatoires, aiming to pass competitive business school entrance exams. I spent evenings, weekends, and holidays studying math, literature, and economics. I went from being top of my class in high school to ranking in the lower middle (not to say bottom). While I enjoyed the classes, I quickly lost motivation for the exam. By the year’s end, I decided to quit, which felt like an immense failure. As an adult, I see it differently—I gained resilience, critical thinking, and lifelong friendships. I applied to Université Paris Dauphine- PSL and only told my family once I was accepted. For three years, I studied economics, management, law, and social sciences. By 21, I was still uncertain about my career path but remembered my passion for TV, film, social media, and culture. I began noticing meaningful careers in these fields and interned in the marketing department of a museum, thanks to Alice Veissier’s trust. In 2022, I studied abroad at Boston College in the U.S. after learning the exchange program wasn’t canceled despite the pandemic. I was inspired by how Americans made classes new and exciting. Around the same time, I applied to the 2-year Master’s program, Information System, Networks, and Digital Technology (a poor attempt at translating Master SIREN, Dauphine (Systèmes d'Information, Réseaux et Numérique)). The following year, I explored new and exciting courses like Digital Strategy, Social Media, Media Industry, Innovation, and Computer Science. Three days a week, I worked with Zélie Auvinet at Glance analyzing TV programs in English-speaking markets. In my final year, I specialized in Telecommunications and Media Management, diving deeper into the media industry. I learned from professionals at companies like Samsung, Mediawan, Paramount, Webedia, Fédérations Studios, Banijay and Canal+, and joined Accenture France CMT to work for a major French telco, craft executive presentations, and explore emerging technologies. When I look back, memorable moments included pitching TV formats, channels and platforms for school projects, helping Le Monde with their brand extension strategy, analyzing client verbatim data for Orange, joining the Digiworld Institute Summit communication team, interviewing screenwriters for my thesis on AI and script development and casually attending the Festival de Cannes with classmates. Graduating in November 2024 as the top student in my Master’s program marked the culmination of years of hard work, curiosity, and passion for media and entertainment. Still, "culmination" might not be the right word, as I’m excited about what’s ahead. I’m eager to keep learning despite the challenges and uncertainty of the industry. Thanks to the teachers and professionals, especially Henri ISAAC and Alexia Laroche-Joubert, for their support of the 2024 class. To my friends, classmates, and colleagues—your presence gave meaning to this journey.

Lakehouse architecture is about reconciling agility and governance in modern data platforms As data becomes steadily more of a critical strategic asset (and with AI accelerating the need for scale), organizations face a persistent challenge: how to manage ever-growing volumes and varieties of data without sacrificing quality, security, or performance. Traditional Data Warehouses deliver strong governance and analytics, but often lack flexibility and cost efficiency. Data Lakes brought scalability and openness, yet struggled with transactions, schema evolution, and enterprise-grade governance. This is where Lakehouse architecture currently emerges as a pragmatic answer! Lakehouses unify data storage and analytics on a single platform, avoiding data duplication and silos, while combining the strengths of both worlds.
