He experimentado situaciones en las que algunos miembros del equipo prefieren seguir su propia metodología en lugar de la establecida por el equipo, o se dedican a tareas no asignadas, duplicando esfuerzos. También he visto casos donde alguien se aísla y puede que termine haciendo algo fuera de lugar. Mi recomendación es formar un equipo que comparta una visión y dirección común. Si alguien no puede trabajar en equipo, es mejor reconsiderar su lugar en el grupo desde el principio.
