When B Corp raises the bar, Danone raises its game! Super proud of all our teams for achieving B Corp recertification under the new standards for our European entities. Excited to share a major milestone for Danone: the launch of METAbiotics, our first-ever gut health supplement brand, developed by The Akkermansia Company, which joined the Danone family last year. This launch builds on decades of expertise in gut health and microbiome science, bringing our knowledge into a new category and directly to consumers. METAbiotics addresses a rapidly growing need in metabolic health and weight maintenance post-GLP-1, at the intersection of science, health and digital commerce. More than a product launch, it is a new growth platform and an exciting step in expanding how we support people’s health and well-being. Thank you to the teams across Danone and The Akkermansia Company who made it happen. Willem M. De Vos Isabelle Esser Mehmet Emre Kasikci #RENEWDANONE

Proud to share the publication of Danone's latest Health Journey Report. In 2025, we took major steps to keep improving the nutritional quality of our products, help consumers make better-informed choices, and expand access to healthy nutrition around the world – and met all the targets we set in the first phase of our Health Through Food agenda. This progress reflects the collective efforts of many teams across Danone, and our lasting commitment to our mission: bringing health through food to as many people as possible. As we look ahead, we will keep building on this momentum through science, innovation and collaboration, with reinforced 2030 targets that will guide the next chapter of our Health Through Food ambition. The biggest challenge facing our industry today is not inventing the next breakthrough. It's scaling breakthroughs in an uncertain world. In a world with geopolitical tensions, climate pressures and rapidly evolving consumer expectations, resilience remains essential. But resilience alone is no longer enough. Organizations need the ability to scale innovation reliably, sustainably and at speed. They need to create end-to-end connected supply systems, not isolated factories. They need to find sustainable solutions for nature, health and people together. That requires stronger connections between innovation, sourcing, manufacturing, technology and strategic partners. It requires transforming linear relationships with our supply partners into much more holistic business collaboration ecosystems. These were key themes discussed during Danone's Partner for Growth event this week. In our latest article, I and my Danone Comex colleague Isabelle Esser explore why connected ecosystems are becoming the next competitive frontier, and what it will take to move faster from innovation to impact. Science creates value when it addresses the real needs of consumers and patients. At Danone, this conviction defines us as a science-based, consumer and patient-centric company, with and by people. It also shapes how we innovate. At our Partner for Growth event, Vikram Agarwal and I discussed how Research & Innovation, Operations, customers and partners can work together from the start to turn scientific insights into trusted products and bring them to people at scale. Our ability to scale innovation quickly, reliably and sustainably is a real competitive advantage. Scale must be designed into innovation from the earliest stages, by connecting R&I and Operations and involving the right partners. This broader ecosystem brings together the expertise and capabilities needed to move faster from insight to innovation, from innovation to scale, and ultimately to advance our mission: bringing health through food to as many people as possible. #RENEWDANONE Danone Research & Innovation Antoine de Saint-Affrique Juergen Esser Véronique Penchienati Bosetta

Today, we are in Steenvoorde to inaugurate the largest medical nutrition production line in France and the future European hub for the field. By 2050, the population of people over 60 will double. Living longer is a triumph of science, but it’s not enough: our collective responsibility is to ensure that everyone can age in good health. That’s why Danone is accelerating its focus on medical nutrition, a key pillar of our Renew Danone strategy. This significant investment not only reflects the strategic importance of the site, which has stood at the heart of our expertise for more than 115 years, but also demonstrates our confidence in French industry, in this region, and above all in the people who make this site thrive. This vision – and commitment to French industrial sovereignty – is shared by the public and private partners who have helped make this day possible. My thanks to the Steenvoorde teams: this achievement is a testament to your dedication, adaptability and growth. In developing new capabilities and mastering a new field of expertise, you’re advancing our mission of bringing health through food to as many people as possible. This is only one step in the journey. It's now up to us to build on this momentum and take it to the next level together. #RenewDanone Vikram Agarwal Emmanuel VARIGAS Pablo Perversi Jean Marc Magnaudet François Banon Julie de PRITTWITZ Xavier Bertrand Anne-Sophie RONCERET Jean-Pierre Bataille Audrey LINKENHELD Guislain Cambier Marie-Claude Lermytte-Bavay Jean-Gabriel Delacroy
