Sailing has a lot in common with the way we understand our work at Port Value: preparation, teamwork, making the right decisions under changing conditions and execution. The project envisions a fully integrated underground station, built around a clear idea: to better connect Parque Central, the historic Estación del Norte, and the surrounding urban fabric, while creating a new meeting place for #Valencia. As Jose Martí, Amparo Roig and M. Ángeles Ros, architect partners at ERRE, explain: “One of the key starting points in the development of the project was to respect the architectural beauty of Estación del Norte, a listed Asset of Cultural Interest. Our strategy is to intervene in the urban space without altering any of its façades, preserving its integrity while enhancing its heritage value.” We see this project not only as a new piece of railway infrastructure, but as an opportunity to connect, transform and give space back to the city. REVELACIÓN DEL DISEÑO | ESTACIÓN CENTRAL DE VALENCIA Nos hace mucha ilusión compartir la propuesta ganadora del concurso para la nueva Estación Central de Valencia, que hemos desarrollado junto a la ingeniería Sener y el estudio de arquitectura internacional RSHP. El proyecto plantea una estación subterránea plenamente integrada en la ciudad, con una idea muy clara: conectar mejor el Parque Central, la Estación del Norte y el entorno urbano que los rodea, generando un nuevo espacio de encuentro para #Valencia. Desde Mamás en Acción, estamos enormemente agradecidos a Palau Alameda Valencia y a Nacho Rees Martí, por abrirnos las puertas de vuestra casa, acogernos con tanto cariño y hacer posible una noche única. Fue una noche llena de emoción, de reencuentros, de abrazos y, sobre todo, de personas que comparten una misma forma de mirar la infancia: con cariño, compromiso y la certeza de que ningún niño debería sentirse solo cuando más necesita compañía. Veros allí, escuchar vuestras palabras y sentir vuestro apoyo nos recordó, una vez más, que Mamás en Acción es mucho más que una organización. Es una gran familia formada por voluntarios, colaboradores, entidades, empresas y amigos que deciden implicarse y caminar a nuestro lado. Cada gesto cuenta. Cada persona que se suma hace crecer esta red de cariño y nos acerca un poco más a nuestro gran objetivo: #NiUnNiñoSolo2030. Este mes de octubre, 33 jóvenes de la Escuela de Baile Tradicional de Tahen viajarán desde Camboya a España para compartir con nosotros "𝗗𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼", un espectáculo que reúne danza tradicional camboyana, música en directo y vestuario tradicional. Sobre el escenario, jóvenes beneficiarios de los proyectos de SAUCE nos acercarán a la cultura y a la realidad de Camboya a través de una celebración llena de belleza, diversidad y esperanza. La gira contará también con la presencia de Monseñor Enrique Figaredo, cuya vida y trabajo están unidos desde hace décadas al pueblo camboyano y a la historia de SAUCE.
