Macros to construct statically known values.

Macros

date	Construct a `Date` with a statically known value.
datetime	Construct a `PrimitiveDateTime` or `OffsetDateTime` with a statically known value.
format_description	`formatting` or `parsing` Equivalent of performing `format_description::parse()` at compile time.
offset	Construct a `UtcOffset` with a statically known value.
