The Göttingen minipig is emerging as a highly valuable model for radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, helping bridge the gap between preclinical studies and clinical translation. We are proud to have supported the Precirix team in this important study evaluating the biodistribution kinetics and dosimetry of radiolabeled 4AH29, a FAP-targeting single-domain antibody, in Göttingen minipigs. As part of the project, Minerva Imaging conducted the in vivo phase of the study, including dosing, imaging, sample collection, data analysis, and dosimetry calculations. Together, these data provided valuable insights into the biodistribution and radiation exposure profile of 4AH29, supporting its further development. Congratulations to all the authors! To learn more about this exciting study, please visit: https://lnkd.in/efFNqKuH At Minerva Imaging, we can support every step of your radiopharmaceutical program - from early target validation, radiolabeling, imaging to long-term toxicity follow-up and clinically relevant dosimetry reporting. If you are planning a dosimetry study, we would love to connect. Heterogeneous responses to radiotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibition across different preclinical tumor models highlight the need to better understand the mechanisms of efficacy and resistance. Last Friday, Sarah from our MI scholar program, successfully defended her Master's thesis under the supervision of Jennifer, Senior Scientist, and Noemi, Scientist at Minerva Imaging, and Geert Berx, Professor at Ghent University. In her research, Sarah evaluated how different syngeneic tumor models respond to radiotherapy alone and in combination with immune checkpoint inhibition, followed by immunohistochemical and flow cytometry analysis to characterize treatment-induced changes in the tumor microenvironment. Her findings support an integrated approach that combines efficacy assessment with tumor microenvironment analysis to better understand the biological mechanisms of resistance and highlight the importance of tumor model selection in preclinical studies. Congratulations, Sarah! Great work! At Minerva Imaging, we continuously expand our portfolio of preclinical models and treatment modalities to support the development of next-generation radiopharmaceuticals and cancer therapies from bench to bedside. Are you planning a combination study in a syngeneic model? Contact us at BD@minervaimaging.com to start the discussion. #MIscholar #masterthesis #oncology #immunotherapy #combinationtherapy #syngeneicmodels #radioimmunotherapy #radiotherapy

Last Friday, we took part in the 45th edition of the DHL Relay in Copenhagen, one of the world's largest corporate sporting events. This year's event brought together more than 160,000 participants from over 2,500 companies. Despite the gloomy weather, our teams showed great energy, team spirit, and determination as they completed the 5 km route through the beautiful Fælledparken. We were proud to see 3 Minerva Imaging teams ranking among the top 10 performers in both the men’s and women’s Friday classifications! After crossing the finish line, we gathered for food, refreshments, and great conversations, a perfect way to celebrate teamwork, strengthen connections, and enjoy the evening together. A big thank you goes out to all our organizers, runners, and supporters who made this evening another memorable experience. #DHLRelay2026 #DHLStafet #Teamspirit #DHL2026

Don’t let poor tumor delivery kill your ADC in Phase III. See it in Phase 0. 2025 brought 130+ new ADC candidates into the clinic, but this year alone we’ve watched high-profile Phase III reads miss. Toxicity gets most of the attention. But a quieter, mechanistic problem repeats across the discontinued-ADC literature: insufficient efficacy at the tolerated dose, the signature of an antibody that never reached enough of the tumor to be effective. The “binding site barrier” traps large, high-affinity antibodies near tumor vasculature before they can penetrate deeper into the tissue. Preclinical ImmunoPET studies have show tumor uptake predicting ADC response, but IHC does not correlate. At Minerva Imaging, we radiolabel and image antibodies and ADCs to evaluate tumor uptake. Our expertise ranges from early ⁸⁹Zr/⁶⁴Cu biodistribution studies through GMP clinical dose supply to help answer one question before your pivotal trial is designed: does your antibody actually get where it needs to go? We wrote up the evidence and our thinking in a short position paper. If your team is heading into IND-enabling work on an ADC or complex biologic, we’d welcome the chance to compare notes. Contact us at BD@minervaimaging.com and we will get in touch. #ADC #Antibody #Radiopharmaceuticals #MolecularImaging #Oncology #DrugDevelopment #ImmunoPET #Biotech
