Sandy Glueckstein ha condiviso questo elemento🔍 The Hidden Skill Gap of most transformations I was yesterday asked by my students why do change management initiatives mostly fail? It took me a while to reflect, maybe you feel me: An organization launches a bold transformation — vision defined, goals set, owners named. Then comes the stall. It’s not because people don’t care. It’s because they’ve been trained for the wrong game. They’ve learned to: • Sell a vision. • Avoid conflict. • Ask for more. But the real work of change runs on a different set of muscles. 👉 Get tactical. Focus on the few and everyone has the same behaviors that move things forward. 👉 Embrace discomfort. Surface friction early so teams can solve real problems together. And give them the time they need. This is not a10-da plan. 👉 Start smaller. Use limited resources to test and learn faster. The first time teams practice these new skills, they stumble. It feels uncomfortable — even risky. But over time, that’s where real capability builds. Transformation isn’t powered by inspiration alone. It’s powered by repetition — and by teams who get better at working through the hard parts together. So ask yourself: • As a senior leader — are you giving your teams room to build these muscles before the stakes are high? • As a rising leader — where can you get your reps in now?

In a power-packed session on Female Entrepreneurship, I shared the stage with incredible women like Anika Gruner (Neuraforge), Alicia Faridi (fabel.care), and Ellen Martin (comdaily), guided by the brilliant Prof. Dr. Yasmine Parker K. . 💡 So, what’s key as an entrepreneur? For me, it’s this: 🌟 Start with the itch - that persistent question or problem you just can’t ignore. Follow the need of your customers and do not convince that they need your products. Need creates a market 🌟 Build with empathy—your user is your compass. 🌟 Stay weirdly persistent—because startups aren’t marathons, they’re obstacle courses with glitter bombs. Big thanks to Macromedia University of Applied Sciences University and all the organizers Prof. Dr. Mohamed Badr and Arthur Hofer for crafting such an inspiring and international stage for founders. 💬 The roundtables, discussions, and energy of the crowd reminded me that while startups can be lonely, they don’t have to be. 🙌

Seine zentrale These: Die größte Herausforderung bei KI liegt heute oft nicht in der Technik, sondern darin, den tatsächlichen Mehrwert zu realisieren. Denn viele Unternehmen schaffen es inzwischen, einen funktionierenden Piloten aufzusetzen: Ein Bot beantwortet bereits einen großen Teil der Anfragen, die technische Lösung steht, die ersten Ergebnisse sehen vielversprechend aus. Aber dann kommt die entscheidende Frage: Wann wird aus dem Piloten echter wirtschaftlicher Nutzen? Genau hier beginnt die eigentliche Herausforderung: Nicht das reine Implementieren der Technologie ist der Engpass, sondern das konsequente In-Wert-Setzen. Also die Übersetzung technischer Möglichkeiten in messbare Effekte – etwa durch neue Prozesse, veränderte Steuerung oder gezielte Entlastung im Service. Armin Iskanders Eindruck aus vielen Projekten: Wer KI nur testet, gewinnt Erkenntnisse. Wer KI organisatorisch verankert, schafft Wirkung. Die letzten 3 Wochen habe ich Diana im Recruiting vertreten und manchmal habe ich mich bei folgendem Gedanken erwischt: "Was kommt jetzt wohl professioneller bei der bewerbenden Person an?" Don't get me wrong - wir sind immer noch im Business-Kontext, aber Menschen möchten gesehen und auch so behandelt werden. Und dazu gehört für mich ein Smiley :), ein "Hab' einen tollen Tag", und ein "Sorry, mein Fehler", dazu. Menschen wollen Persönlichkeit, kein Schauspiel. Das kannst du auf alles übertragen. Sandy Glueckstein ha aggiunto una reazioneSandy Glueckstein ha aggiunto una reazioneDigitale Reife zeigt sich für mich erst dann, wenn unterschiedliche Lösungen gut miteinander zusammenspielen. 🧩🧩🧩 Ein aktuelles Beispiel dafür ist die elektronische Überweisung. Die Kassenärztliche Bundesvereinigung (KBV) hatte Ende Juli ein Konzept vorgestellt, das den Prozess digital abbilden und dabei möglichst keinen zusätzlichen Aufwand in den Praxen erzeugen soll. Spannend finde ich dabei die Architektur dahinter: Die #eÜberweisung soll nicht einfach als weiterer Prozess innerhalb der elektronischen Patientenakte (#ePA) abgebildet werden. Stattdessen schlägt die KBV einen eigenen Versorgungsfachdienst innerhalb der Telematikinfrastruktur vor, über den Überweisungen und die für die Weiterbehandlung relevanten Informationen zwischen Praxen ausgetauscht werden können. Für mich zeigt das sehr gut, warum wir stärker in Ökosystemen denken sollten. Die ePA ist ein zentraler Baustein unserer digitalen Gesundheitsinfrastruktur und gleichzeitig muss eine moderne Infrastruktur offen genug sein, damit spezialisierte Anwendungen und Services dort entstehen können, wo sie den größten Mehrwert schaffen. Dafür brauchen wir vor allem verlässliche Schnittstellen, gemeinsame Standards und klare Regeln für den Datenaustausch. Denn am Ende sollte nicht entscheidend sein, wo ein digitaler Prozess technisch stattfindet, sondern vielmehr, dass er für Ärzt:innen und Patient:innen funktioniert und sich sinnvoll in bestehende Abläufe integriert. Der nächste Reifeschritt der Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen muss darin liegen, stärker darüber nachzudenken, wie die richtigen Systeme gemeinsam gute Versorgung ermöglichen. Thousands of apprentices and dual students are stepping into the workplace for the first time. It takes me back to my own first day at an insurance company – fresh from school, incredibly nervous and, of course, dressed for the success (including a tie). 👔😊 I didn’t really know what to expect. But I was fortunate to meet a manager who saw potential in me before I saw it myself. His leadership was quiet, but it stayed with me: “𝙏𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚. 𝙁𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙠 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩.” 🎯 He practised 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 long before we had a name for it. He made people feel they belonged. He created space to speak up and make mistakes. He listened. And he gave people opportunities based on their potential. But he also taught me that inclusion and performance go hand in hand. Results matter. Customers matter. Time matters. And people matter. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. I’m very pleased to share that I’ve taken on the role of Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Rights, EMEA. In this role, I’ll be leading our commercial media rights strategy, sales and organisation across EMEA, working with rights holders, broadcasters, platforms and partners across one of the most dynamic sports media markets in the world. Since joining IMG in 2023, I’ve had the opportunity to build our DACH business alongside an exceptional group of colleagues, clients and partners. I’m proud of what we’ve built together and grateful to everyone who has been part of that journey. Now it’s time to broaden the lens. Viele Transformationsprobleme sind keine Technologieprobleme. Sie entstehen genau zwischen Fachbereich, IT und Steuerung. Der Fachbereich beschreibt, was er braucht. Die IT baut, was sie verstanden hat. Das Reporting misst, was verfügbar ist. Und die Projektleitung versucht anschließend, daraus ein Gesamtbild zu machen. Alle arbeiten. Trotzdem kommt zu wenig heraus. Ich habe solche Situationen inzwischen in sehr unterschiedlichen Konstellationen erlebt. Bei BI- und Datenplattformen genauso wie in großen operativen Projekten. Das Muster ist erstaunlich ähnlich: Es fehlt selten an guten Leuten. Es fehlt auch nicht zuerst an Tools. Es fehlt an jemandem, der fachliche Anforderungen, Prozesse, Daten und technische Umsetzung zusammenführt und daraus klare Entscheidungen macht. Wer entscheidet, was wirklich zählt? Wer klärt widersprüchliche Anforderungen? Wer sagt, welcher Prozess angepasst werden muss? Wer entscheidet, wann eine Lösung gut genug ist, um produktiv zu gehen? Wenn diese Fragen zwischen unzähligen Verantwortungsbereichen hängen bleiben, hilft auch das nächste Tool nicht. Dann braucht es keine weitere Schnittstelle. Dann braucht es jemanden, der die Schnittstellen zusammenführt und dafür sorgt, dass geliefert wird.
