This week we attended the MWC conference in Barcelona, one of the most impressive events in the world of technology and communications. Beyond the excitement of seeing new innovations and companies shaping the future of the industry, it was impossible not to appreciate the level of organization: efficient transportation, beautifully designed booths, and high-quality content both on stage and at the exhibitor stands. A small tip for anyone planning to attend next year: take some time to prepare in advance. Check which exhibitors are relevant to your business and when their key representatives will be available. A few weeks ago, I attended a Bank Hapoalim conference, and one concept really hit home: It’s not just about training an AI model to perform a task - it’s about training an AI to criticize another AI. 🤖🤖 In other words: AI that audits and improves its own performance. While it sounds almost philosophical, it’s actually a highly practical approach with a rock-solid business logic. Here are three reasons why this "Critic Model" approach is a game-changer: 🔹 Real-time Oversight Instead of relying on human review after the fact, a "critic model" can detect inconsistencies, weak logic, or biased decisions the moment they happen. 🔹 Continuous Learning Loop When one AI reviews another, every piece of feedback becomes fuel for improvement. The system essentially teaches itself to get better automatically and at scale. 📈 🔹 Efficiency & Low Implementation Cost Once you have quality data and a working model, you don’t necessarily need to build a complex external monitoring system. You simply train a secondary "auditor" model on the same data. It may sound procedural, but the approval chain isn’t just bureaucracy – it’s a flow of people, relationships, and responsibilities. When you know how things move, you save time, build trust, and help everyone reach the goal more smoothly.
