Together with Lio, we have successfully launched Embedded AI directly within our Coupa environment, bringing AI-powered support into the daily workflows of our stakeholders and procurement teams. In just a few weeks, we designed, implemented and rolled out five AI Agents that are already delivering value: 🤖 Search Agent – finding the right supplier or catalog item in seconds 🤖 Freetext Agent – automatically converting supplier quotations into purchase requisitions 🤖 Guided Buying Agent – guiding users through compliant purchasing processes 🤖 Sourcing Agent – supporting sourcing activities and identifying savings opportunities 🤖 Negotiation Agent – helping procurement teams unlock additional value in negotiations What makes this achievement particularly exciting is not only the speed of implementation, but also the exceptional user adoption. From day one, stakeholders embraced the new capabilities, proving that AI creates the greatest impact when it is embedded directly into business processes rather than existing as a standalone tool.
