Before joining Westhive, Tanja led the front desk team at Lufthansa Flight Training and most recently worked in the hospital sector, managing the entire patient admission journey. Wir sehen das bei Westhive gerade sehr konkret: Die Buchungen unserer Workshopräume sind YTD 2026 gegenüber dem gleichen Zeitraum 2025 um 32 % gestiegen. Ich glaube, das ist kein Zufall. Je unsicherer das Umfeld, desto wichtiger wird der direkte Austausch. Nicht, um möglichst schnell Konsens zu schaffen, sondern um Annahmen zu hinterfragen, unterschiedliche Sichtweisen auszuhalten und gemeinsam bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen. Denn gute Strategie entsteht selten dort, wo sich alle sofort einig sind. Vielleicht ist genau das die Gegenbewegung zu einer immer digitaleren Arbeitswelt: Je dynamischer die Welt wird, desto wertvoller wird das persönliche Zusammenkommen.

She oversees the operational setup and event coordination, ensuring every detail is perfectly orchestrated to deliver an unforgettable experience for our clients.   What does Fatma love most about Westhive? The variety of events and the daily interaction with clients. Every day is different, which makes her role especially engaging. She also appreciates the care put into decorating our spaces—in her view, our founder’s vision and the unique character of each room contribute greatly to Westhive’s charm and identity.   Outside of work, family is at the heart of her life! Wait, did we ever actually share these? Better late than never!
