In G2’s Fall Reports, Notion's results in all categories was amazing.. #4 in AI Agents, #1 in AI Agents for Business Operations, and #2 in AI Agent Builders. The pace of product development is incredible. More importantly, we listen closely to customers and build around how they actually work. One thing has become increasingly clear during my first month: Businesses don’t lack AI choices. They lack connected context. Customer data sits in Salesforce or HubSpot. Conversations happen in Calls ( Gong), Slack, email. Business knowledge, sales playbooks, marketing plans and decisions live somewhere else. People and AI spend too much time searching, switching and reconstructing the story. The biggest unlock is not which AI Model you choose. It’s reducing fragmentation and creating a shared context layer where people and AI can find the right information, understand the work and move it forward. It’s still early, but this is exciting validation of what our customers are building and where the future of work is heading.
