- It was quite a walk to get there that wasn't helped by all the road works but it was great not to have to take my bag into Queenstown. I am not sure how surcure the bag was as you could not see where they were put but all was good when I came back to get it.

- Highly recommend. Kept within a secure office and had to give code before they released the bags. Not like other places where bags are kept in shop fronts or bags picked up with no ID. Had total peace of mind. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

- Booking and paying online in advance is very convenient and reassuring. The luggage storage is located on the second floor, and there are no clear signs on the first floor, making it a bit hard to find. Additionally, moving large luggage up and down the stairs can be quite challenging.
