A great experience. We dropped off and picked up our bags without any problems, and it's right in the center of Medellín.

I had to store my bike, who was boxed coming from the airport me, for a few days when arriving in Medellin because the rest of my bags were delayed. The receptionists were super nice and helpful. The baggage is locked under the stairs and they do track the luggage.

Great experience dropping my luggage here. Everything was quick and I barely waited for drop off and pickup, even though there was a line at the front desk. So pretty streamlined. I dropped off two bags. One thing - they only tagged one although I'd have preferred to tag both. I asked about it, but there may have been a translation problem. I just wanted to make sure that my name was attached to both my suitcases. Ended up clipping them together. I'd drop it off here again though. The hostel has a pretty good reputation ultimately, and good people working behind the desk.

Worked out great - Traveling to different parts of Colombia with Medellin as a home base and it was perfect. Drop the big bag and travel lite.

Seemed secure and drop off/pick up was simple. A little expensive but worth the cost.
