Easy and quick drop-off. The café is quite centrally located and the staff are very friendly. Drop-off and pick-up each took maybe 2 minutes.

First time using Bounce. It was quick an easy, they scanned my QR code an gave me the tickets. They put the same on my lugages. Just one Block of the bus 100 to the airport.

The young man who served us was very friendly and helped us with everything, from opening the door to leaving our suitcases outside the restaurant. He even helped us carry our luggage. We also had breakfast at the restaurant since the online ordering system wasn't working. He recommended a delicious breakfast option and speaks fluent English.

I highly recommend Reina Brasserie. It was very convenient. Easy drop off and pick up ,friendly staff. The toilet is very clean.Also a very good place to eat because its cozy and the food is delectable. We had eaten there during drop off and before pick up.We travel in group and are very satisfied🙂

They keep the luggage from 9 to 21.30 (for as many hours as you want) and the price is very good! And the store is near the old city of Bucharest.So convenient!

I arrived at night, left my luggage for a few hours, and everything was great. A staff member met me, gave me a baggage claim, and then returned it with the claim. I highly recommend it!

They let us leave a laptop separately in their office + stayed overtime just so we could pick up our luggage right before our train left. Would recommend!

We left our suitcases there for safekeeping. We are very satisfied. You should make a reservation in advance by choosing how many items you will leave and the hours. The prices vary for small luggage but not for the time. It would be good when you find yourself where the navigation tells you to look around carefully because we were looking for it for a long time to find it (while it was right in front of our eyes)
