The location is not the one that appears in the app: it is not in the parking lot between the pillars but in an area that says reserved entrance. Otherwise, everything is great.

Short collection time for the amount paid. I used the locker out of extreme necessity. The price is absurd for the time of use. Less than 4 hours, it cost €11.70. Scary 😱😱😱

Good, the entrance was hard to find on the 2nd level inside a shopping center. The lady at the reception was friendly. I was amazed that we did not get any receipt. All luggage in one hotel room, room was open. But for us it worked out fine.

Fast and effective service. We left our bags at the hotel and headed out to explore the city. First time using Bounce and I highly recommend it. And of course, I also recommend the service proposed by the hotel!

Very easy to arrange the booking through the app, with a choice of possible places to leave luggage in the city centre in our location. Drop off and collection were seamless. Would definitely use this service again.
