💛 Some of the most meaningful breakthroughs happen quietly.   For Nadezhda Hristova, PMP, CSM, joining the BigUp Mentoring Program was a natural way to share the lessons, experiences, and perspectives she has gathered throughout her professional journey. Having benefited from learning opportunities along the way, she wanted to support young professionals as they navigate their own paths and unlock their potential.   What stands out most for Nadezhda are not the big milestones, but the subtle moments when a mentee begins to see things differently. 💛 Sometimes, the right guidance can make all the difference. For Petar Stoyanov, becoming a BigUp Mentor was an opportunity to give back. Early in his career, much of his growth came through trial and error. Later, the support of a mentor helped him gain clarity, define meaningful goals, and understand the path to achieving them. That experience inspired him to become a mentor himself. One of the most memorable moments in his mentoring journey came during his first in-depth session with his mentee. Together, they broke down a long-term career goal into clear, manageable steps and created a roadmap for getting there. "Sometimes people don't lack ambition or motivation. They simply need a clearer picture of where to go next and how all the pieces fit together." Along the way, Petar discovered that mentoring is a learning experience for both sides. It helped him strengthen his communication skills, refine his expertise, and learn how to explain complex topics in a simple and practical way. 💬 "Not everyone will become a mentor, but everyone should give it a try. The experience itself is incredibly valuable." Throughout the 2026 program, 12 dedicated mentors shared their knowledge, experience, and time to support the growth of 14 mentees, creating meaningful connections and learning opportunities across the bank. Our graduation ceremony was a chance to reflect on an inspiring journey, celebrate achievements, exchange valuable insights, and recognize our mentors for their outstanding contribution.
