Welcome to the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO). Follow us to find new job and traineeships opportunities with the EU institutions and agencies! EPSO’s core mission is to meet the EU institutions’ recruitment needs by selecting talented candidates through generalist and specialist competitions. In carrying out this goal, EPSO acts as a trusted matchmaker between the EU institutions and high performing professionals and graduates. It thus contributes to the building of the current and future European civil service. As an interinstitutional office, EPSO is responsible for selecting staff mainly for the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Auditors, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions, the European External Action Service, the European Ombudsman and the European Data Protection Supervisor. Each one of these institutions recruits staff from a pool of successful candidates provided by EPSO.

Europeiska rekryteringsbyrån (EPSO) ansvarar för att rekrytera medarbetare till Europeiska unionens institutioner, organ och byråer. Genom flerspråkiga urvalsprocesser på EU 24 officiella språk identifierar och rekryterar EPSO framtidens medarbetare till den europeiska offentliga förvaltningen och bidrar till att bygga en kompetent, mångsidig och effektiv EU-administration. EPSO fungerar som en länk mellan kvalificerade kandidater och karriärmöjligheter inom EU. Myndigheten organiserar urvalsprocesser för ett brett spektrum av yrkesroller och söker både nyutexaminerade och erfarna yrkesverksamma inom områden som juridik, ekonomi, kommunikation, IT, administration, språk, internationella relationer, säkerhet, forskning och många andra specialiseringar. Genom sina urvalsförfaranden stödjer EPSO rekryteringen till Europeiska kommissionen, Europaparlamentet, Europeiska unionens råd, EU-domstolen samt ett stort antal EU-byråer och andra organ. Målet är att säkerställa att EU-institutionerna har tillgång till den kompetens som krävs för att möta dagens och morgondagens utmaningar.
