Une porte doit fonctionner pendant de nombreuses années. Il vaut donc la peine de ne pas se limiter à la phase d'installation. La planification, le cahier des charges et l'entretien sont autant d'éléments déterminants pour garantir la sécurité et la fiabilité de la porte tout au long de sa durée de vie. Ne vous limitez pas à l'installation. Pensez à long terme.

Een deur moet vele jaren blijven functioneren. Het loont dus de moeite om verder te kijken dan alleen de installatie. Planning, specificatie en onderhoud zijn allemaal bepalend voor hoe veilig en betrouwbaar de deur gedurende zijn hele levensduur functioneert. Kijk verder dan de installatie. Denk op de lange termijn.

Onze dormakaba Fietstourniquet 🚴FTS-M01 (Kentaur tourniquet met geïntegreerde fietspoort), is gemotoriseerd, in twee richtingen elektrisch aangestuurd, en heeft inductielussen in de grond om fietsen te detecteren en de fietspoort open te sturen. ❓Heel vaak krijg ik de vraag "wat met carbon fietsen, zal een carbon fiets 🚴ook gedetecteerd worden" waarop ik dan vaak antwoord "alles hangt af hoeveel carbon en hoeveel metaal, een inductielus detecteert niet het frame of de velg zelf, maar reageert op alle elektrisch geleidende metalen onderdelen van de fiets, zoals remschijven, pedalen, ketting, cassette, naven, enz." 📽️ Maar natuurlijk 1 beeld zegt meer dan 1000 woorden 💡 👉 ( voor de geïnteresseerden: carbon velgen 62 mm 🛞 met spaken uit roestvast staal, die spaken bevinden zich +/- 90 mm boven de grond ( 28mm band + 62 mm velg ) Een Kentaur is ideaal om toegangscontrole beheer te doen (1 badge = 1 persoon) en een fiets tourniquet creëert een veilige fietsenstalling, helpt inzicht te krijgen wie recht heeft op een fietsvergoeding (registratie badge en binnenkomen via fietsenstalling), en gaat lang mee, héél héél lang, topkwaliteit ! Recent geïnstalleerd te Sint-Martens-Latem, 2 x FST Flex Green. The ES PROLINE FST for escape route is equipped with a redundant operator, an additional control unit for safety purposes, and a self-monitoring motion detector. European norm EN16005 4.7.2 Additional requirements for doorsets in escape routes and emergency exits 4.7.2 . 3 Power operated sliding and folding doorsets without a break-out function. Power operated sliding or folding doorsets with a clear opening width of up to 2 000 mm shall open by at least 80 % within 3 s after activation by the activator(s) in the escape direction or at the latest after 5 s when the power supply goes off. Opening time for larger doorset widths shall be calculated proportionally. Power operated sliding or folding doorsets shall withstand a durability test of not less than 1 000 000 cycles. The opening of the doorset shall be guaranteed by a fail-safe system according to Performance Level “d” of EN ISO 13849-1 and any electrical faults preventing normal operation of the doorset shall either be automatically or after activation of the doorset detected within 15 s and cause the doorset to automatically open and remain open. The fail-safe system shall be automatically tested, at least once every 24 h. Systems using stored electrical energy for fail-safe systems shall have a monitoring system checking that the energy level stored is enough for at least one cycle of operation. This check shall be carried out immediately after connection to the power supply and subsequently at least once every 24 h. If the check failed or was not performed, the doorset shall automatically open and remain open. If the operating mode selector is in the security-locked position, the doorset does not need to open if the requirements of 4.7.2 . 1 are satisfied. When the mains power goes off, doorsets shall automatically open at the latest after 5 s and remain in the open position (except when in the security-locked position). 4.7.2 . 1 Operating mode selection When an operating mode selector is used, the mode of operation shall be clearly identified and marked on the operating mode selector. If a "locked" mode of operation is available, the mode of operation shall be protected, e.g. by an access code or a key, so that changes can only be made by authorised personnel.
