It took some time and several agents covering the chat was helpful they did seem to seamlessly tap in where the other left off. I was a bit frustrated with the switching at first thinking it would cause more delays to results. your team in this instance was very good at resolving the issues. Also, it was helpful to be able to upload mp4 to the chat rather than just screen shot. Thank you for your help today resolving the delivery fee issue on the website and the POS of our shopify store.
Very disappointing refund policy and customer service
We purchased an annual subscription, but after only three months, we migrated our business to a new Shopify store. The original store will no longer be used, so we no longer need the app.
We asked a refund for the remaining nine unused months. After waiting an entire week for a response, our request was rejected.
Refusing to refund the remaining nine unused months is completely unreasonable and shows no consideration for customers’ actual circumstances. After this experience, I regret choosing your service in the first place.

We understand that businesses change and evolve, and we’re sorry the outcome was disappointing. To clarify, one of our team responded to your initial request within one minute and followed up twice while awaiting the information needed for our review.
Although you advised that the original store was closing, it still appeared active at the time. We therefore requested the new store URL to verify the migration and assess a possible exception to our generally non-refundable annual subscription policy. As we didn’t receive it, we were unable to complete the review or approve an exception. We remain happy to revisit the request if the information is provided privately through the existing support conversation.

Zapiet helps our bakery coordinate preorder pickups through our online store. Their support team is always helpful, and recently their agent Sri helped us with some serious setting updates after we upgraded to Shopify Tax. Really glad to have their support!

Lasciate perdere tutte le altre app che promettono le stesse funzioni o magari qualcosa in più: questa dovrebbe essere il punto di riferimento assoluto per l'intero ecosistema Shopify.Le impostazioni sono estremamente precise, logiche e facili da configurare, ma il vero valore aggiunto è l'assistenza. Ho avuto un problema complesso di conflitto di codice (JavaScript) causato da un'altra app che bloccava le validazioni del carrello. Il loro team di supporto non solo è stato fulmineo nel rispondere, ma ha analizzato a fondo il codice, isolato il file incriminato e risolto il problema con una precisione chirurgica. Aggiornamento: grazie a un nuovo studio da parte di Betty ho trovato la funzionalità di cui avevo bisogno direttamente nell loro app, cosi facendo ho economizzato e escluso qualsiasi conflitto. E' proprio vero il detto (in italia), chi meno spende più spende.
