How Rakbank is using AI without losing the human touch | DJ Choi Rakbank says 72% of its customers now use its AI powered digital assistant, with 74% of those enquiries completed without the customer needing to speak to a person. Most SME clients exit payment deferrals | RAKBANK: Vishal Shah Almost 5,000 RAKBANK business clients requested payment deferrals following the start of the regional conflict. At the time of this interview, only around 250 were still using the scheme. Vishal Shah, Managing Director of the Business Banking Group at Rakbank, told The Business Breakfast that approximately 4,750 clients had returned to normal credit terms.
