Uh oh!

When a new version is released we currently need to look over every CVE and every bug to gauge how important the update is. Do we need to patch irregularly, or can we wait for service timeframes? I only know if I read every CVE.
Reading the CVEs is a good thing, and I'll do that regardless of any recommendations, but I believe it would be nice if a clear recommendation would be stated in the release notes. This way I could see at a glance if I need to worry or not. Stating the CVSS scores of the fixed vulnerabilities e.g. would be great.
I would like to hear if anybody would also like this, or why this would be a bad idea.
Thanks in advance. Keep up the good work.
