Description
When modifying the "Realm Overrides" (specifically adding or updating a custom translation) under Realm Settings -> Localization, no corresponding Admin Event is generated or recorded.

Other configuration changes in the Realm Settings (e.g., changing general settings, email settings, or tokens) correctly generate UPDATE Admin Events with the REALM resource type. However, this specific localization action seems to be excluded from the audit trail.

How to Reproduce

Enable Admin Events in Realm Settings -> Events -> Admin Events Settings.
Navigate to Realm Settings -> Localization.
Click on Realm Overrides.
Add a new key-value translation or modify an existing one. Click Save.
Go to Events -> Admin Events in the Admin Console.
Result: The localization change is missing from the events list.

Keycloak does not record these changes.

RealmLocalizationResource.java (26.8.1) - no adminEvent call
same file on main - same

I suggest opening a bug issue.
