Account page is not loaded, what is missing? #43300

I have an issue with account page. I see this message. What roles should be assigned to user to view account page?

User may see account page with manage-users role but it's not required on clean environment. I'm trying to understand what is wrong with my env.

This may be too late to be helpful, but I just ran into the same issue. I had edited the Token Claim Name in the client roles token mapper from resource_access.${client_id}.roles to roles. This caused the authentication check for the account console to fail. I reverted the change, and it started working again.
