"required mechanism 'KEYCLOAK-SAML' is not available..." after setting up Wildfly servlet-saml-service-provider Quickstart

I have, I believe I have followed all the steps in the Quickstarts for the "jakarta\servlet-saml-service-provider" example. I have attempted to deploy the "keycloak-saml-adapter-galleon-pack", maven plugin, and also set the maven repositories. I am attempting to run this quick start in a Docker container.
I can successfully build the package with mvn -Djakarta wildfly:package`` and mvn -Djakarta wildfly:deploy``` and produce the .war file, etc.
I have a Keycloak instance running and a Wildfly server running. I know the Wildfly server is running because I deployed a Wildfly Quickstart App (war) into the server and I can hit the url for that.
But whenever I attempt to deploy the Keycloak quickstart, get this error in the Wildfly Deployment provisioning page:

I have read that there are supposed to be some additional post-deployment scripts that need to be run, but I can find nothing like that anywhere.
Also, I continue to attempt to manually deploy the org.keycloak:keycloak-saml-adapter-galleon-pack:25.0.6 directly on the wildfly server inside the container like so:
