[Keycloak 26] Realm admins lost access after upgrade from v23 (realm-admin role present but ignored)

Hi everyone,
I recently performed a migration from Keycloak 23 to Keycloak 26.
I have a specific realm called "Website". Inside this realm, I have several users who act as administrators. These users are assigned the client role realm-management -> realm-admin.
The Issue: Before the update (v23), these users could manage the realm without issues. Since the update to v26, they can log in to the admin console, but they have no permissions (the UI is either empty or shows "Forbidden" errors).
Currently, only the root admin from the master realm is able to manage the realms.
I checked the effective roles for the users, and they definitely still have the realm-admin role assigned. Is there a breaking change in v26?
