Keycloak doesn't support Redis because its caching mechanism is built on top of Infinispan [1][2]. This response [3] from dasniko sums it up well:

We do not plan to add support to Redis directly, see #48577 for more details. |

Hi all,
I'm running a Keycloak instance in Kubernetes with 2 pods, and I would like to configure it to use my own managed Redis for caching. However, I haven’t found clear documentation or guides on how to set this up.
Has anyone successfully integrated Keycloak with an external Redis cache in a Kubernetes environment? If so, could you provide any tips, configurations, or references to relevant documentation?
Thanks in advance for any help!
