Keycloak - Changing token authorization header name #13929

With istio/authservice you can change the name of the header and the preamble.

                "id_token": {
                  "preamble": "Bearer",
                  "header": "x-id-token"

example: https://github.com/istio-ecosystem/authservice/blob/master/bookinfo-example/config/authservice-configmap-template-for-authn-and-authz.yaml#L35-L42

So I want to do the same thing with a keycloak client. Can you change the header on keycloak from "Authorization" to something else like "x-id-token"? Has anyone done this before?

Does keycloak support anything but "HttpHeaders.AUTHORIZATION" for a token header ?
