In "/applications" endpoint, list only those clients/applications whose role is mapped to the logged in user, i.e. user should see only clients which are mapped to him. #12949

In /applications endpoint, list only those clients whose role is mapped to the logged-in user. Currently, keycloak has the feature of "Always Show In Console" but does that make sense to show all clients to all the users by toggling this switch on?
For example, I have 500 applications that are integrated with the keycloak, so all users will see the 500 applications list in his /application bucket which shouldn't be the case right? He should be able to see only those clients/applications to which he has access.
