Invite user and link external Identity Providers

Just started using Keycloak as IAM for the new ownCloud Infinity Scale architecture, but now I'm struggling with the user invite flow.
Have connected a federated/external Identity provider to Keycloak. My idea is to extend the user registration option , with an option to create an account with an username/password combination or to create an account by logging in via the external IdP.
Is there an option for this, which I'm overlooking or do you have experience with this to arrange?
Have created a really bad form, to give you an idea.
