Facing `UnsupportedCharsetException` with Keycloak on OpenJDK #10872

Problem

Following the doc , I installed Keycloak locally.
When trying to start keycloak, the following happens:

$ bin/kc.sh start-dev

Expected behavior

Keycloak successfully runs

Actual behavior

Prints the exception and terminates

Additional info

My shell language is :

$ echo $LANG
en_US.UTF-8

This error happened in git bash on Windows 10 (Version 21H2 OS Build 19044.1586)
The same happened in Command prompt

My Java version is :

$ java --version
openjdk 16.0.2 2021-07-20
OpenJDK Runtime Environment Temurin-16.0.2+7 (build 16.0.2+7)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM Temurin-16.0.2+7 (build 16.0.2+7, mixed mode, sharing)

Wildfly distribution (llegacy) works fine with the instructions in the book by PacktPublishing.

Conclusion

What can I do to fix this issue?
I do not know whether this is my issue or the distribution problem.

I had the same issue in windows 7 and it was resolved by changing the code page of command prompt by running the following command:

> chcp 1252

In windows OS go to region settings->administrative->change system locale and check Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support and press OK button and then restart your windows
