Hi all,
Im trying to find a way to implement an additional step to use in the login flows.
I have an application, that is capable of issuing JWT tokens itself. I want the user to be redirected to this application , once the user and password form (and maybe OTP) are completed. I need Keycloak to issue an intermediary token that is delivered to my application and I need Keycloak to catch the token from my application, once the user returns to the flow and verify it. I want to process parts of the token from my application and add a few claims to the token that is finally issued by keycloak towards the application that the user is trying to access initially.
My question is now: What would be a reasonable approach here? In the quickstarts (https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak-quickstarts) I have found 2 samples about "Action Tokens" that somehow cover what Im trying to do, but not to the full extend. Any help here would be appreciated. Im happy if you could lead me into the right direction.
Cheers
Markus
