How to set "effective roles" for a new user (API) #15665

Hi, I hope to get help in this here :)

I managed to create a new user using the API, here is the body of the POST request:

const userRepresentation: UserRepresentation = {
  firstName: newUsr.firstName,
  lastName: newUsr.lastName,
  email: newUsr.email,

  // There is also ?!?! <------
  // clientRoles: newUsr.roles,
  realmRoles: ['Applicant'],
};

It looks like this is a correct UserRepresentation as everything is optional except email.

The endpoint used is the following:
POST: ${base_url}/auth/admin/realms/${realm}/users

Now on the GUI, I get:

So what's up with Employee ? I need Applicant instead.
