Migration Keycloak 16.1 wildfly distribution to latest 20.0.1

At the moment I have installed keycloak 16.1 wildfly distribution in the server. I need to upgraded it to keycloak 20.0.1 Quarkus distribution. I have couple of questions and can you please guide me.
Can we upgrade from 16.1 wildfly distribution to the latest version directly without any intermediate version upgrade?
Can we use the same existing database which 16.1 using and directly specify keycloak.conf file with the existing postgres database details. Please clarify.
Can you please suggest on how to take backup of 16.1 version.
High level steps mentioned here below. Can you please valdiate it.
a. take a backup of the existing keycloak server by importing all the realm and users
b.download keycloak 20.0.1 tar file to server and untar it
c. update keycloak.c onf with the database details
d. run kc.sh to import backed up .json file and start it.
