Keycloak build is worse then going to dentist #15557

The build doesn't appear to work with Windows 11, JDK 17, Maven 3.8.6 for the latest Keycloak code when following the build guide.

org.keycloak.common.ProfileTest Fails - fails even after OS reboot (nothing else running):
