`view-identity-providers` permission does not allow to see IDP settings #15378

Hello,

I would like to know if it's normal that the view-identity-providers permission doesn't allow to read the configuration of an Identity Provider.

How to reproduce?

Create a role with the following permissions with the following client roles from realm-management: view-identity-providers.
Create an identity provider. In my case a SAML IDP.
Create a user and grant them the role defined in step 1.
Click on the "Identity providers" menu entry and click on your IDP.
You will see the following screen. I was expecting a view similar to "Domain Configuration" where we can read the form without editing the inputs.
