Keycloak.x login page throws unexpected error while refreshing #15309

We had legacy keycloak 18.0.0 version where we had a realm and users in it. After migrating to keycloak.x when we try to login form portal for that realm we are able to login for first time, while refreshing the page we are facing 400 Badrequest error in /auth? call.
we could notice below login error at time of refreshing the page
