Unable to access Keycloak GUI on Mozilla Firefox/chrome/safari

We have installed keycloak 14 and intermittently we are a seeing a black screen after providing the credentials. But sometimes on reload the redirection works fine without any issues.
When we tried in few local machines, we are able to access the GUI, but not in many of the browsers. So we tried to upgrade the mozilla version and check, but still the issue remains same.
We would like to check if there are any limitations on keycloak 14.0 access in browsers.
